Hannah is a case manager with two years’ experience working for Comcare on compensable and non-compensable health cases. She has been able to demonstrate positive return to work outcomes on complex cases and understands the sensitivities and challenges in the Comcare workers’ compensation scheme faced by employees and employers alike.
Hannah previously worked as a external case manager in the disability sector supporting individuals with acquired brain injury and low vision/blindness to achieve independence in the community. Hannah is experienced at services to APS Departments, ensuring management of cases under the employers own rehab policies, procedures and guidelines. Hannah is an accredited Cogmed (working memory training) coach and has been supporting clients to improve their working memory using this approach since 2015.
Hannah is also a qualified Speech Pathologist and has worked in neurological rehabilitation, aged care and acute hospital settings in Australia and the UK, providing high quality assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and works hard to help all stakeholders achieve positive health and work outcomes. Hannah enjoys working collaboratively and holds a high value on clear communication and responsive service provision.
Hannah is also undergoing a masters in Occupational Therapy to allow he to provide a full range of workplace rehabilitation services in the future.
