Senior Rehabilitation Consultant / Occupational Therapist

Hannah has six years’ experience providing workplace rehabilitation case management services in Canberra, for compensable and non-compensable cases. She demonstrates positive outcomes on complex cases and understands the sensitivities and challenges associated with return to work rehabilitation, faced by employees and employers alike.

Prior to moving into workplace rehabilitation, Hannah obtained a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and worked as a in neurological rehabilitation, aged care and acute hospital settings in Australia and the UK, providing high quality assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders. Following this, she worked as a case manager in the disability sector supporting individuals with acquired brain injury and then low vision and blindness to achieve independence in the community. Hannah then moved into the APS working for Comcare providing rehabilitation case management for Comcare employees across Australia.

Hannah is experienced at providing services to APS Departments, including management of cases under the employer-specific rehab policies, procedures, and guidelines. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and works hard to help all stakeholders achieve positive health and work outcomes. Hannah enjoys working collaboratively and holds a high value on clear communication and responsive service provision.

Hannah is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in occupational therapy to allow her to provide a full range of workplace rehabilitation services in the future.
