Karen has over ten years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of settings within both Australia and the United Kingdom. After gaining clinical experience in areas such as intellectual disability, aged care, paediatrics, orthopaedics, and palliative care, she commenced working within Workplace Rehabilitation.

Since 2010, Karen has provided Workplace Rehabilitation services within workers compensation schemes (Comcare, WorkCover NSW and WorkSafe ACT), Income Protection, CTP, and non-compensable jurisdictions. She is able to manage complex cases for individuals with psychological and/or physical injuries, as well as those with complex medical conditions, and enjoys working with all parties involved in the rehabilitation process to facilitate  has demonstrated consistently good outcomes through providing individualised strategies in collaboration with all parties.

Karen is continually looking for ways to improve current practices to ensure a high quality service is provided by herself and others within the team. She has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is committed to providing high quality, innovative, and specialist workplace rehabilitation services to support functional independence and return to work.
