• Being successful with our first tender response resulting in appointment to an insurers provider panel
• Doubling our team
• Strengthening our existing customer relationships and developing new relationships
• Continuing to achieve great RTW outcomes – 93% RTW rate across all jurisdictions for same employer and new employer cases
• Employing an Employment Services Consultant and achieving excellent outcomes for New Employer referrals
• Running successful Case Manager forums for our customers
• Consistently receiving excellent customer feedback
• Moving to our new Sydney office
• Commencing delivery of training and education services
• Successfully introduced our RTW coaching service for complex cases, achieving a RTW on 17/19 cases where this service was used
