Case Management

We are a proactive, innovative and results focused company employing Comcare Approved Rehabilitation Consultants with a wealth of diverse experience, and external case managers who have worked within the APS. We have a collaborative approach to rehabilitation and work closely with case managers to achieve excellent results. We have proven results in assisting individuals with physical and psychological conditions to return to work, including providing job seeking and re-deployment services within the Comcare scheme. The Rehabilitation Specialists team strive to provide quality solutions to assist our clients to return to health and return to work.

We provide external rehabilitation case management services on behalf of an employer, to assist in the returning ill or injured workers back to the workplace. Our consultants have completed Comcare’s Case Management Essentials training course, giving them a thorough understanding of the SRC Act, Comcare’s injury management, return to work model and the roles and responsibilities of those working in the rehabilitation and injury management area.
