Fiona has further broadened her skills to include mediation, conflict resolution and providing structure and guidance on how to work with individuals to improve performance. Fiona can provide advice on a consultancy basis, deliver Return to Work Coaching  and is able to provide workplace advice to assist with providing adjustments for employees with disabilities.

Fiona is committed to quality assurance, innovation and ‘thinking outside the box’, as well as mentoring health professionals to achieve their potential. Fiona is passionate about achieving outcomes and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. She encourages sharing ideas and utilising the skills of team members to assist in achieving successful outcomes for all.
