Ellen Conroy – Team Lead Home Modifications
M.Occupational Therapy. Cert II, III, IV and Diploma in Auslan
Ellen is the Team Lead in Home Modifications at the Rehabilitation Specialists. She has 5+ years of experience of community Occupational Therapy practice in the NDIS space, and also in Home Care packages for people in the community aged 65 and over. She completed her Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy at University of Sydney, and then went on to complete her Masters of Occupational Therapy at University of Sydney.
Over the last few years Ellen has completed her Cert II, III and IV in Auslan and has recently completed her diploma of Auslan. She loves being involved in the Deaf community and regularly goes to Auslan social nights to meet new people and practice her signing skills.
Ellen is passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoys volunteering with a local Queer social group for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She loves making connections with people and is passionate about working together to achieve their goals.
