NDIS – Quality, Marketing and Administrations Officer
Lara commenced with The Rehabilitation Specialists as an Administrative Assistant in January 2022. She found her feet straight away and has become an integral part of the NDIS Administration Team, ensuring all work is completed in a professional and timely manner. Once a month Lara will spend three days working remotely from the office organising and completing all NDIS audits to ensure staff are keeping on track with their work and have time before the month ends to update anything as needed. Lara loves being part of The Rehabilitation Specialists because she gets to work with such an amazing positive team that supports her to learn and grow within her role. Lara also loves getting to liaise with the multiple support coordinators and conversing with clients when they come in for their session. Lara is eager to continue to grow her role and knowledge within the company and we cannot wait to see how far she grows.
