Admin Assistant/Employment Services Consultant/Rehab Assistant
Megan joined The Rehabilitation Specialists as an Administrative Assistant in August of 2021 with the office going into lockdown just as she commenced her role! After lockdown was easing off, Megan recommenced her role and picked up where she left off and has been improving ever since. Megan has flourished in this space, and has shown how effective she can be. Before joining TRS Megan completed a double degree, Bachelor of Sports Coaching, Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Sports Management at The University of Canberra. Megan has used her background in this degree and has started to assist with and complete various reports for her colleagues in the Rehab Team. Not only this, but Megan has been learning from our amazing senior Employment Services Consultant, to help assist in this space, and help it grow. Megan has found her feet and has become competent in resume and cover letter development and is starting to build a backlog of resources for her and Emma to use in the future. Since beginning at TRS, Megan has kept building on her role to continue to best support the company and what it needs and has flourished with the multiple tasks that have been thrown her way.
