Executive Business Manager and Senior Employment Consultant

Emma joined The Rehabilitation Specialists in 2017 and has gained years of experience in the rehabilitation space since. After working in administration, Emma moved into the employment services space in 2019, where she found a passion for securing outcomes for clients and persevering on complex cases to achieve an outcome. Emma has exceptional people skills, and has an ability to read a situation and tailor her services accordingly whilst making her clients feel safe to express their needs and wants, which results in a more sustainable outcome. Emma has over 4 years of experience in the employment space, now across both the workplace rehabilitation and NDIS space and continues to provide support and advice to the employment team.

Emma’s expertise within new employment services includes tailored and unique job seeking services, motivational coaching, Labour Market Analysis’, Vocational Counselling, resume and cover letter development and providing a unique service that clearly separates our services from others. Emma works one on one with clients to identify their skills, passions, background and where these could be transferable into another role. Emma now manages a consistent case load whilst also managing the business management side of the business in collaboration with the Managing Director and Operations Manager. Emma has experience obtaining outcomes for complex physical and psychological clients as well as has experience working and securing work for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Vision Impairment, Deaf or Hard of Hearing (HOH), ADHD, Intellectual Disability (ID) and more.

Emma has worked closely with the Managing Director, previously working as an assistant and now progressing to Executive Business Manager. Emma is passionate about psychological wellbeing of everyone she works with, whether this be workplace rehabilitation clients, NDIS participants, or employees in the business.
