Sheldon commenced with The Rehabilitation Specialists as an Administrative Assistant in October 2015. He brought with him experience and qualifications in Care and Business Administration. Most recently, Sheldon has continued to invest in his personal development by completing a university qualification in Adult Health and Social Care. Since 2016, Sheldon has been working remotely from Wales and has moved up in the company to be our Quality Assurance Officer. Due to the time difference between Australia and Wales, Sheldon completes monthly audits during the night in Australia, ensuring they are ready for colleagues as they arrive in the office the following morning. Sheldon loves being part of a professional organisation that actively improves the lives of individuals. He is also proud to be part of The Rehabilitation Specialists team. They provide ongoing career opportunities, flexibility and bring out the strengths of each individual team member. Sheldon is continually adding to his knowledge of the company and the health care industry to further evolve his role.
