External Case Management

The Rehabilitation Specialists now provide comprehensive external case management to complement their workplace rehabilitation services. Hannah Fearon is a Case Manager with two years’ experience working at Comcare on compensable and non-compensable health cases. She has been able to demonstrate positive return to work outcomes on complex cases and understands the sensitivities and challenges in the Comcare workers’ compensation scheme faced by employees and employers alike.

Hannah is a qualified Speech Pathologist and has experience working as a Case Manager in the disability sector. Hannah can provide case management services that achieve positive outcomes based on responsive service provision, excellent communication and collaboration and sound understanding of compensation and non-compensation case management practise. Hannah is also able to complete complex case reviews and provide comprehensive recommendations to assist case managers in moving cases forward in a positive way.
