Do you work a nine to five job ? have kids  and find it difficult to exercise during the week. Feeling the time pressures at work and pulling in the overtime?

The good news is that exercise is unique for everyone, from all walks of life, in all different social situations and there is no size fits all approach. Start exercising today and feel the long term health benefits. Exercise Right week is from the 23rd to the 29th May 2016 and is about educating individuals on how they can set small and achievable exercise goals.
