Case Manager Forum / Work Health & Safety Forum
The Rehabilitation Consultant Case Manager and Work Health and Safety Forums were held on 7 April 2016.
The forums were well attended and the feedback received thus far has been very positive:

The forums (held quarterly) are our opportunity to provide a networking and education opportunity and to say thank you to all our valued customers who continue to support us and whose attendance at the forums is very important to us.
We would also like to acknowledge the valuable contribution to the forums by our guest speaker John Littleton, Psychologist, Personal Strategies Consulting.
The two topics presented by John: “Untangling the long tail claim” (Solutions for Case Managers dealing with complex long tail claims) and "Psych Claims, how to manage the Manager" were extremely well received. John will forward copies of the material covered in the forums to be distributed to those who participated in the sessions. It is our intention to follow up these sessions with further training the coming months.
